Protecting your privacy is important to the Stillwater Area Lacrosse Association (SALA). We strive to keep personal information confidential. By ensuring that you are aware of and understand our Privacy Policy, we can provide you with better service. Please take a moment to read the following policy to learn how we handle consumer information.

Why we collect personal information
SALA collects and uses personal information to give you superior customer service, to provide you with convenient access to the teams and league information.
We will use the information you have provided to verify membership in US Lacrosse.
In addition, we use your information to keep you up to date on the latest lacrosse information. From time to time, we may also use your information to conduct internal surveys, so that we can gauge your satisfaction and develop programs for your son or daughter.
How we collect personal information
We collect information in several ways. For example, we ask for contact information in our registration process. In addition, we ask players to indicate their positions and playing experience. We ask for date of birth for all players to comply with US Lacrosse rules and to satisfy our insurance carriers. We collect and store this information in a secure database with a trusted third party database vendor.
When we disclose personal information
Because SALA is an association made up of its playing members and their parents/guardians, we do not generally disclose your information to any outside authority.
At times we may be required by law or legal process to disclose consumer information. We may also disclose information about consumers if we believe that disclosure is necessary for the public interest.
How we protect consumer information
SALA safeguards the security of the data we collect with physical, electronic, and managerial procedures. We urge you to take every precaution to protect this data when you receive it as part of the lead processing operation.
The SALA process uses industry-standard encryption on all web pages where consumer information is stored or accessed. This protects the confidentiality of the information while it is transmitted over the Internet.
