Refunds of Registration/Clinic Fees
In general, refunds will only be given for those players who sign up but do not take part in the clinic or league programs. Refunds are rarely offered to players injured and unable to play within the first week of the season.
No refunds will be given for programs that make use of the St. Croix Rec Center dome, as the majority of those fees go toward the cost of dome time.
We will honor a refund for High School play provided that the athletic fee from the high school is also refunded. Parents wishing to receive a refund will first need to secure the refund from the Stillwater Area High School athletic department and then the association will refund the player fee.
In all cases, refunds will be issued less a fee of $20, which covers credit card processing costs and check writing fees.
